They sent me the soggiest burger ever! I could not even take the bun off to put on the lettuce and tomato. I called and asked for a new order and Maria told me that the manager said there was nothing they could do. I cancelled the order and was refunded. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Excellent, quick delivery. The Bronco chicken sandwiches are a highlight, especially the Southwest and the Mushroom. They also know how to deliver fries that are still crispy when they get you you.

Ordered Russian dressing for sandwich, and they completely ignored the request. This is not the first time they have ignored details of the order, even when the chosen items were regular menu items. I'm done with them. There are PLENTY of other options in the neighborhood.

This place has great burgers, and we have ordered from here many times. However, the other night I ordered a turkey burger, and when I bit into it, discovered a piece of what appeared to be a rubber glove. Yuck! Now I wonder what rating they get from the health department... Very disappointed since the food is otherwise quite good for the price. Another note: fries and onion rings always arrive soggy - skip them!

Although I have long been a Jackson Hole customer and fan, I must say that I should have indeed paid heed to the spate of recent negative reviews before placing my order. Food is lacking in quality - I ordered the Western Burger, and it's definitely not what it used to be - the bacon was lacking in flavor and was not properly cooked. The Frosted Shakes were honestly poor in quality, and the chocolate cake was only thing that was praiseworthy. Still at $5.75 that's just par. Delivery took well over an hour when the delivery estimate read 25-40 minutes. Maybe they lacked delivery runners, so it's my mistake I should have called in. But when I finally called to politely inquire about the order, I was sharply told the guy had left. An apology would have sufficed, I am not asking him to turn back time, but a "sorry we're short of delivery guys today and that's why we're running over our estimated delivery." Poor business practice in a service oriented business. Not going back again, there's a plethora of options that serve similar and much tastier fare in the neighborhood. "Thanks, but no thanks!" You guys really suck!

It's a shame having to write this, because prior to yesterday I've been very satsified with Jackson Hole, but it seems that their quality is heading downhill fast. My order yesterday, after taking an unacceptable 80 minutes to deliver (after an estimate of 20-40 minutes), arrived soggy, cold, and disgusting. (I'd also note that on my several calls during this time, I was told repeatedly that my order had "just left," which means that they were lying to me each time, since something can't "just leave" more than once in a 30-minute time span.) I called to complain, and was summarily lambasted by the woman on the phone, who had no sense of customer service and attempted to explain away the issues with "It's a busy night and it's hot outside." She had no desire to help me out with a promptly delivered fresh order. I finally talked her into grudgingly sending me a new order, which of course arrived 95 minutes later, in even worse condition than the first. As I said at the beginning, what a shame.

Delicious! Fast delivery, always get my order right, never have to call back to complain, and the delivery guy is always nice. The estimated wait time is sometimes long, like 45 minutes, but that tends to be accurate. When they're not busy, you can definitely get the food in only 20 minutes. When it's arrived, it's still warm enough to eat and not squashed. I go back for the Patty melt and fries. Yum! Sometimes I indulge and get a milkshake. But everything I've had on the menu is delicious.

Jackson Hole has a huge variety of options, is fast, and may be a very slight cut above the average Upper West Side diner. The prices are high, however, and, although they re-delivered with no trouble, my milkshake was forgotten on two occasions. The massive burgers are infamous, but are too thick for my taste, and do not deliver well.

Food is pretty good, but their rating is brought down by their poorp delivery service and poor packaging. The delivery almost always (9 out of 10 times I have ordered) takes the later part on the standard delivery time, and that is during good weather conditions and non dinner time. I usually order around 7:30-8PM and they are never towards the earlier part of the delivery time. In addition, I usually order the onion rings and have requested on numerous occassions for them to be packed seperately or on top so they dont get crushed and everytime they are packed on the bottom. So either they dont read the requests, or they just dont care. Its a shame since I would order more often if they did, but I guess they dont need the business.

I love eating at this restaurant. But with delivery, this food is not as great. If you get a chili burger or something of the sort, it can get messy and soggy during the delivery. The burger was not as warm as I would have liked either. Again, I'm comparing this to actually eating in at the restaurant, which is a great experience. Haven't had a better burger in NYC.

Jackson Hole means comfort food to me. I'm a big fan of their milk shakes, especially chocolate. I appreciate the fact that it is delivered to me thick and cold. They also do great onion rings and burgers. The packaging isn't fancy -- but everything is delivered at the correct temperature, fresh and delicious.

Well, It's the third time I have tried JAckson Hole. In the old days way back when they always shined. NOT NOW.. Asked for two Patty Melts RARE and received two Patty melts well done. Fries were soggy, Onion Rings were horrible. Suggest you try Viand Diner. They get it and they will come through. So sorry to have to write this. Wish it were the old Jackson Hole. Evidently not rwe

I ordered the chicken fingers and was surprised at how processed they were. They tasted like chewy rubber and the french fries arrived cold. The chicken fingers were the frozen kind, the kind that does not taste like authentic chicken. They were so bad that I ended up picking up some organic chicken from Wholefoods and making my own! I will do this for now on and never order from Jackson Hole again.

i LOVE their chili...their omelets and fries are better when you eat them there...but the chili and burgers are SO good even on delivery. they're quick even though they're not all that close to me. overall excellent. (i used to go to one on the east side in the 70s which was also good but I like this one a lot for their good service!)

The food is outstanding. But once again, they didn't get my order right. This happens 50% of the time (out of about 30 orders). But the food is so good, I keep coming back. On this order, forgot to include the jam for the toast. Sometimes they put the wrong juice in. Or they cook a hamburger well done that was ordered rare.

So being from California, I was excited to find a place that delivered burritos. Unfortunately, what I received wasn't a burrito. It was more similar to an enchilada. It didn't taste too bad, although it definitely didn't compare to your average Mexican food in California. I have a small appetite, but it didn't even fill me up.

i normally like jackson hole. however, today the food arrived very cold and veryyy soggy. i hadnt orderd the turkey burger before. it is stupidly big. i got it on an english muffin which covered about 1/4 of the burger. they also did not follow instructions. i asked for lettuce on my coworkers sandwich; they put it on the side, in the same tinfoil as tomatoes, which i explained she was allergic to. this place has gone downhill!

I just ordered a grilled chicken salad. I'm not sure how "no onions" translates to "no tomatoes and let's put in EXTRA onions". The food took an hour to arrive (the time frame give was 20-40 minutes). They offered a side of fries or potato salad. I asked for potato salad but got fries. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich but the order had the very strong odor of meat. I'm not a vegetarian but that made the meal unappetizing. It was pretty disappointing.

Ordered breakfast from here. My order arrived missing some items and substituted item that I did not want nor approve. Called the place to complain and the very RUDE manager immediately began yelling at me and saying that I was lying! When I tried to explain what was missing he wouldn't even let me speak and yes kept insisting that he packed the bag and knew 100% that we got all of our items. I've never come across a restaurant manager who is so rude and argumentative. I will NEVER order from here again.

Very bad experience with Jackson Hole. They took more than an hour to deliver the food, without any notification that they were running so slowly. Eventually I called the restaurant and spoke to a rude individual who offered no apology. When the food did finally arrive it was cold and stodgy. Really poor all round.

I was craving veggie chili and ordered from Jackson Hole. Basically the chili was a thick soup ; nothing like chili consistency. I also ordered sweet potato fries which I kid you not, arrived as soggy ball of fries wrapped up in tin foil. There was nothing "fried" (o edible) about these fries, soggier than if I had soaked them in water myself. I called JH and expressed my disappointment. They resent new fries which were now a soggy ball in a plastic container. This "dinner" cost me $17 with all the tipping I did or my two deliveries. I will NOT order from JH again.

Their burgers are out of this world. You know how everyone says homemade is always better? That stands true, but not by much when you're talking about a burger from Jackson Hole. The peanut butter shake tastes like you're drinking a Reese's peanut butter cup - completely smooth and yummy. Their food is guaranteed to fill your ribs and taste good while doing it. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because of the high price. Their burgers were around $11 each, though this is only slightly above the area average.

Terrible, and not really what the menu indicated. I ordered a turkey sandwich, which supposedly comes on garlic bread. Nope--plain jane, stale, not even toasted white bread, like you'd get in the bread aisle of a grocery store. And charging for basics like lettuce and tomato isn't cool. Not remotely worth the money.

I'm not attaching a rating because I think the conditions of my order probably influenced the outcome too much to make it fair. Basically,don't order delivery from here if you live any distance away, because it will take a while and your food will arrive cold. I got the sense that, if ordered in or picked up and taken someplace nearby, my turkery burger would have been quite good, and the onion rings, if crispier, would have been delicious.

Wings were the most pathetic imitation of hot wings I have seen. They appeared to come from midget, anorexic chickens and the flavor was bland and disappointing. Spinach salad with goat cheese however was very nice. Just don't order the wings.

I had the Jack Chicken sandwich - practically no flavor whatsoever. Despite supposedly having Jack cheese, there was no kick to the sandwich. The chicken was bland and a bit dry. The portion size was quite generous, however, and could easily be two meals instead of one. The french fries and onion rings were both delicious. The Cherry Pie was generic-tasting, but quite good, as that's what I'm looking for when I order Cherry Pie! Ridiculously large sloppy burgers. Personally, I thought they were too big to be properly eaten, but there are probably some out there that would think JH to have a great value proposition.

The tomato bisque was lumpy, I paid well over 4 dollars for a grilled cheese on their "garlic bread" which turned out to be buttered Wonderbread and they charge 1.80 for a can of soda. Crap.

great size burger and great taste - delivery just under 30 from order time - fries still hot and old-fashioned oversized; potato salad tasted like at a picnic - delivery person polite - I have ordered from more than 10 restaurants and this is the first one on SeamlessWeb that I have ever awarded five stars and ever written a perfect review - will order from Jackson Hole again even though the are 25 blocks away because the food was great and still warm

Sep 2007: once solid -- I have ordered from here for years -- but now the accuracy is so bad at this location (columbus at 84th) that it is not worth the attempt, by phone or seamless. To make things worse, when you report the problem you have to explain to three different, but consistently rude, people before they will fix - -without apology no matter how nice your are!

Burgers arrive pretty messy. Way too much meat on a poor excuse for a bun that's falling apart. I tried a chicken sandwich, and the chicken was way too tough. Their other sandwiches fare better, at least for delivery -- and they've got the BEST onion rings. Good, fast delivery.
